TECHNICAL CHECK
The purpose of technical supervision is to ensure that the construction project is completed within the planned budget, in accordance with official building permits and construction standards, and to the appropriate quality standards.
With our experienced construction and technical (building services and electrical engineering) technical inspectors, we represent our investor clients throughout the entire construction period.
Technical inspection activities are regulated by Act LXXVIII of 1997 (Construction Act) and Government Decree 191/2009. (IX. 15.), and the practice of these activities is subject to engineering qualifications. All of our technical inspectors are members of the Hungarian Chamber of Engineers.
