SITE MANAGEMENT
The PHE site team plays a key role in the successful implementation of the construction project. Our task is to manage the construction processes on a daily basis, coordinate the work of the contractors, and ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and occupational safety regulations.
With our experienced on-site presence, we ensure that construction proceeds efficiently and safely, in accordance with the plans.
We pay special attention to maintaining continuous communication between the investor, designers, and contractor partners, facilitating smooth cooperation.
Through transparent communication and detailed documentation, we ensure that all participants have an accurate picture of the current work processes and the status of the project. Our goal is to ensure that every phase of construction is completed smoothly, on time, and with the appropriate quality.
